Yesterday, BKRW was invited at Bread & Butter 2010 to follow the build up of the BBB 2010, and check for ones how is a tradeshow before the show.

It's always a great moment to see the very first earlier days of a tradeshows. No VIP. No press. No marketing directors, no communications pr, no salers... Just workers and builder, another way to discover one of the biggest denim/streetwear tradeshow in the world.

This year to prevent the bad and serious german cold : in co-operation with System 180, BREAD & BUTTER has found the creative winter solution for the Denim Base and roofed airfield.

"12,500 metres of stainless steel pipes, 30 tons of steel, 20,000 nuts, bolts and steel plain washers as well as 5,000 square meters of plastic awning featuring air cushioned membrane, complete an unprecedented unique masterpiece of scenic architecture, which reaches along the entire front of the 400 metres long and over 12 metres high roofed airfield, making up a temporary facade on the site of the historical airport of Berlin-Tempelhof."

The special 2010 SPORT and STREET features are also a new 1st artistic first floor with many artistic installation. As usual Philip GAEDICKE brand manager of BBB x SPORT & STREET take care of exclusive collaborations : WESC x BBB Maraca headphones, and a really nice denim/brown leather PENFIELD x BBB vest.
